Our Terms and Conditions apply for verbal and written minibus hire bookings, all quotations are valid unless agreed at the time of booking and are given subject to Angel Mini Bus Hire having an appropriate driver available at the time the hirer accepts the quotation. The given quotation is for driver and vehicle only. Upon accepting the booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
1.) Angel Mini Bus Hire drivers reserve the right to refuse access to their vehicle if they have reason to believe the customers poses a threat to their passenger’s safety or comfort.
2.) Our drivers will endeavour to get you to your destination on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside the company’s control or the driver’s control, you are strongly advised to check your travel insurance.
3.) All Quotes / Bookings are confirmed only by e-mail or text message to all our customers.
4.) Payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5.) The hirer who makes the booking is responsible for the full payment on the agreed terms.
6.) Angel Mini Bus Hire reserves the right to charge for damage or soiling to vehicles made by the hirer and/or passengers. Monies will be collected from the hirer.
7.) All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the agreed pick-up date.
10.) All vehicles are non-smoking by law. Under no circumstance is tobacco to be consumed or any vapeing on any vehicle without the permission of the Driver.
11.) No animals are allowed on the vehicles apart from guide dogs.
12.) Angel Mini Bus Hire drivers may give advice on journey times in good faith but cannot guarantee that the journey completed is by a specific time and will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred caused by breakdown or unforeseen circumstance.
13.) Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of hire to angelminibushire@gmail.com
14.) The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle, if any passengers breach statutory regulations. The driver has the full authority to have them removed and if the passenger’s conduct results in damage to the vehicle the hirer shall be responsible for any remedial costs incurred.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without any prior notification.
